Products in Excellent Condition for Return

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the products as long as they are unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by all the necessary documents and receipts. Always after contacting us.

Replacement for Damaged Products

If you receive a product damaged in transit, please notify us the same day of receipt. We will make an immediate replacement at no extra charge.

Conditions for Change

You bought a product from a mutation https://beautygloss.gr/ but you want to change it? Don't worry, follow the steps for a smooth process.

Before we start, confirm that the product you want to change:

• It has not been opened.
• Does not belong to the categories eye pencils, mascara, lip pencils, lipsticks, lip gloss, liquid lipstick, products without packaging/safety film.

Change process

1. Let us know: Contact us via email, phone, or our social media profiles to let us know your desire for a change and the product you want.
2. Return of the Package: Return the product in the original packaging with all protective means, using the partner courier company that delivered the parcel to you.
3. Return Cost: The transport charge for the return is 3,50€ and is charged to you. The total cost of the return is 6€ (2,50€ for the return and 3,50€ for the shipping).
4. Payment of Difference (if necessary):and 3,50€ for shipping). If the new product has a different price, pay the difference via the payment methods available on the site.
5. Package Acceptance: Upon receipt of the new package, pay the total cost using cash on delivery or bank transfer.
6. Free Shipping (if needed): If the difference between the products exceeds 35€, the shipping costs are free of charge.
